This role provide a fantastic opportunity to become a proactive member of the Regeneration Team. If you are an experienced project officer looking for a new challenge, this could be the job for you! 
The Regeneration Project officer is a critical part of the Regeneration Team and will support the strategic planning, development and delivery of regeneration schemes within the County Borough to maximise economic recovery and prosperity, along with supporting the delivery of grant and loan funded projects (such as; Welsh Government’s Transforming Towns  Programme . The post holder will report to the Team Leader for Physical Regeneration with the post holder being expected to work with and between appropriate Council departments/ teams and wider stakeholders, to ensure that regeneration activity is developed and delivered.  
Essential requirements for the post include, a strong ability to work in partnership with a wide range of partners, excellent administrative, communication, written and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work using your own initiative.
