Soulbury Grade 4 - 7 with 3 SPA points

The Education and Early Intervention Service of Wrexham County Borough Council is looking to appoint a dynamic practitioner to work as part of the Education Access team with the responsibility of Care Experienced Children
The successful candidate will be a highly skilled teacher and have a high level of specialist knowledge and expertise in the area of supporting vulnerable learners. They will be proficient in working with schools and a range of partners and stakeholders, to case manage and identify the appropriate support strategies to meet the need of the individual.

The successful candidate will have:

•  Be a highly experienced and skilled teacher
•  Knowledge and understanding of successful strategies to support learners who require additional targeted support, some of whom will exhibit complex and challenging behaviours.

•  An ability to work in a changing environment and support the service improvement journey.
