Temporary maternity cover position – Approx 9 months
A vacancy has arisen for a Business Support Assistant within the Registration Services section of the Governance & Customer Department to cover maternity leave. The post will be based in the Guildhall, Wrexham.
The main duties will include monitoring the section’s email in-boxes, updating systems and general clerical support to the service. You will be a point of contact for customers, professional staff and other organisations making enquiries to the section. You will also be responsible for booking appointments.
You should have experience in using Microsoft packages, eg Outlook, Word, Excel and should possess excellent verbal, written, numerical and communication skills.
