The Housing Department are now working towards delivering the Welsh Housing Quality Standard 2023, this is an exciting post that focuses on a wide range of works within the Council’s housing stock. 
We are looking to appoint a professional, dynamic and driven individual who will be working in the Property Investment teams within Housing Services.
The post holder will be responsible for implementing and co-ordinating a dedicated on-site tenant liaison service prior and during our capital improvement programmes, ensuring that our customers are left satisfied after receiving works to their homes. The main aspect of the role will be to maintain regular communication with residents and to record data on the satisfaction of Contract Holders whose homes are included in the department’s major capital improvements programme.
The role will work closely with the team to achieve the best for the Contract Holders of Wrexham. It is an exciting opportunity to assist in driving the service forward.
