37 hours per week

Primary duties of role is to provide support to the Revenues & Benefits Team, in discharging the authorities responsibilities under Housing Benefit and Associated Legislation, along with providing support to other departments, e.g. Council Tax, Debtors.

Applicants need to have GCSE at Grade C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English and experience of dealing with customers. 

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills with good analytical and numeracy skills and will have the confidence to communicate with Members of the Public.
