Land Charge Officer

G06 – £28,598 - £30,024

We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced Land Charge Officer with specialist knowledge of all land charge legislation including relevant knowledge of the processes & procedures involved to join our well established respected professional team. You will be a self-motivated individual who can demonstrate excellent interpersonal & communication skills working to tight deadlines with good negotiation skills.

You are required to liaise with Council members, members of the public, legal professionals, including search companies who may request information during the land charge application process.

You will be working in a flexible manner both office and agile home working essential so you will need to possess good organisational & administrative skills and computer literacy is essential
