Who You'll Support
You'll work across a range of services supporting:
•  Adults with learning disabilities
•  People with autism
•  Individuals experiencing mental ill health
•  Older people needing extra care and companionship
Every day is different — and every interaction matters.

What You'll Do
As a support worker, you’ll:
•  Provide person-centred care and support
•  Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
•  Help with daily living tasks, social activities, and emotional support
•  Work in residential homes, day centres, or community settings — you choose!
